A candidate in this position will work on support websites for various customer segments such as consumer, customer service, commercial and enterprise. The candidate will also work on forward looking customer oriented services like online submission and support marketplace.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for analyzing new requirements/design and testing the requested features. He will be working with internal as well as external partner teams. Responsibilities include active participation in product architecture and design, understanding external dependencies, working closely with Program Management, Development and Test teams to ensure product is implemented with high quality and performance. He will be involved in Web Application/Web Service and Database Testing. The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of test environments and creating and maintaining test automation.
Required:
- Ability to test web applications, web services, and databases
- Candidate should be able to write automation/tools in C# and XML driven test harnesses
- Execute and understand performance testing
- Candidate should be familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Ability to create good Test scenarios, Test cases and Bug reports
