Software Design Engineer in Test – Level 3
Windows Client Server, Windows Mobile/CE and C#/C++

The team is focused on syncing Outlook e-mail with mobile phones. The project includes working on such features as the calendar, tasks, contacts, notes and e-mail components. The right candidate for this position must be a team-player with excellent communication skills. As a key-member on this team, the right candidate will be working on a highly visible and growing team, working with state-of-the-art technologies and will have the opportunity see the product hit the market.

Responsibilities / Day to Day:

• Analyzes, designs, develops and verifies test plans, test specs and test cases.
• Verifies and investigates failures in API and UI automation.
• Maintains API and UI automation, fixing reliability and timing problems along with functionality issues.
• Performs repeatable testing procedures and processes.
• Creates and maintains code in C# and C++.
• Identifies and defines project team quality and risk metrics. Provides assistance to other Testers.

Required experience for this Software Design Engineer in Test – Level 3:

• 4 plus years software testing experience.
• 2 plus years in Windows client/server environment required.
• Knowledge of Window Mobile/Windows CE preferred.
• 2 plus years experience and demonstrable proficiency in C#, C++

Builder Position , C/C++ & Automation Needed

This team performs builds 24/7 and we need someone who can be flexible with their schedule as needed. The builds are mostly automated already, therefore this role involves releasing and troubleshooting. You will also work closely with the Developers and you must bring customer service and strong communication to the table. The position involves working in a lab with many other Builders (leaving room to make a lot of connections!)

Required Skills for this Software Builder includes the following:

• Ability to read C/C++
• Automation (jscript, batch files and Perl).
• Source Control experience.
• Great energy and excited about this position (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO THIS TEAM).
• Strong communication skills.
